Mills Auto Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Director to lead our service department in North Carolina. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving the success of our service team. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills and a passion for delivering top-quality automotive service experience. RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage and supervise the service department to ensure efficient and high-quality operations. * Develop and implement service policies and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and departmental efficiency. * Coordinate with parts, sales, and other departments to streamline workflow and promote teamwork. * Monitor key performance indicators and prepare reports for senior management. * Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high standards of performance and customer care. * Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations. * Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS * Proven experience in automotive service management or a related leadership role. * Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. * Knowledge of automotive service processes and industry best practices. * Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. * High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in business or automotive technology is a plus.
