Description

Vixxo is hiring a temporary Service Dispatch Coordinator based in Scottsdale, AZ immediately.
The Shift: Monday 10a-6:30p, Tuesday 10a-6:30p, Wednesday 10a-6:30p, Thursday OFF, Friday OFF, Saturday 3:30p-12a, Sunday 3:30p-12a
Pay Rate: $18/hr.

QUALIFICATIONS-

  • A minimum of two (2) years’ of experience with dispatching, customer service, and invoice
  • Basic Microsoft Excel and Word experience
  • HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, or coffee equipment technical experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

The Service Dispatch Coordinator serves as a key liaison between Vixxo’s clients and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with the equipment technicians in the field, coordinating all field activities, and communicates directly with the client to ensure accurate communication of requested work status and requirements.

TOP 3 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a key point of contact for equipment technicians and assist in managing their work schedule including scheduling service calls and planned maintenance, communicating with technicians via phone and email, and receiving and dispersing work orders and other documents
  • Ensure timely repairs by managing not to exceed (NTE) limits, maintaining service level agreements, and communicating any escalations to the Service Managers
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing of technician’s work including timesheet entry for costing and payroll, monitoring and reconciling technical related expenses, and system and manual audits of invoices
