An exciting opportunity has arisen within Jungheinrich Ireland for you to join our rapidly growing Aftersales Division as Service dispatcher/Planner.

THE PERSON

We are looking for someone who is highly organised with expert communication skills and proven excellence in customer service as well as –

  • Previous experience of working within a customer service environment.
  • Proven ability to work well within a team to deliver a collective result.
  • Must be able to cope with a diverse range of tasks and workplace situations

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in progressing their career. While full training will be given, candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar or related role.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

  • Education - Minimum of leaving certificate qualification.
  • Computer Skills – Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

  • SAP ERP knowledge
  • Previous experience working in similar role desirable
  • Health and Safety

Responsibilities

The specific responsibility within this role includes acting as the liaison and coordinator between our customers and Aftersales division to provide a best-in-class service through our Call4Service jobs, Aftersales services and maintenances. This role incorporates the following:

  • Liaising with customers and engineers to create appointments for all after sales jobs where required, ensuring the calls are logged – both equipment breakdowns and repairs, and tracked using the dispatch automated system to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Liaison with all relevant parties to ensure spare parts are ordered and dispatched on time, H & S documentation and all other paperwork is provided as necessary.
  • Liaise with Engineers on daily topics to ensure all parties are clear on customer instruction, completed jobs, engineer requirements, and ensuring customer requests are prioritised.
  • Preparation of all necessary paperwork to ensure clear and concise documentation and instructions are maintained for both the customer and
  • Planning as necessary to ensure effective and efficient dispatch for all engineers.
  • Preparation of Management reports as required
  • Liaise with all other Departments as necessary to ensure necessary engineer support is available for commissioning/installation at sites.
