Description

Location: Spokane, WA Service Dispatcher Wage: $22-$31 DOE The Service Dispatcher will be responsible for supporting service technicians with the following tasks including but not limited to: •Maintain the service technician’s daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed •Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in •Maintain the on-call schedule for service technicians •Maintain customer database with current information •Keep customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times •Provide accounting with maintenance contract billing information •Prepare service invoices and timecards for processing •Take incoming customer calls •Create, schedule, and coordinate service orders as calls are received •Respond to all messages left overnight •Maintain the dispatch board / schedule •Forecast workload for 2 – 3+ days out •Prepare paperwork for all manufacture warranty parts •Facilitate return of warranty parts •Train technicians on current field software •Update service database from service ticket •Process weekly timecards •Take customer payments over the phone •Other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications •Communicate clearly with department managers, employees, and company customers •Advanced customer service skills •Effective leader with superb communications skills •Ability to multi-task in faced-paced environment •Organized and detail oriented. •Knowledge of industry is recommended •Computer skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office Education and Experience •High school diploma or general education degree (GED) •Minimum of two years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching, or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience Benefits Offered: •Medical, Dental, and Vision •401K with Company Match •STD, LTD, Voluntary Life benefits •Paid Time off Affirmative Action/EEO statement As an Affirmative Action, Equal Opportunity Employer, Apollo Mechanical Contractors “Apollo” ensures that no applicant for employment or employee of Apollo is denied equal opportunity because of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), national origin, age, disability (mental or physical), genetic information, veteran status, or any other characteristic any characteristic of his or her relatives, friends, or associates.
