Description Job Summary: We are seeking an Automotive Service Dispatcher?to join our growing team. Full-time Monday-Friday, no evenings, or weekends! Duties/Responsibilities: · This position organizes and distributes service jobs to the technicians to insure timely, high-quality repairs · Stay informed of each technician’s workload giving them the right work, the right amount of work, at the right time · Coordinate and schedule service appointments with technicians and customers · Monitor and track service orders to ensure timely completion · Communicate with Service advisors regarding service updates, delays, or changes · Greet customers as needed and assist Advisors with Customer loaner needs · Drive exceptional customer experience Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: · Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively · Familiarity with phone systems and customer service protocol · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal · Mechanical knowledge/experience is beneficial
