Growing HVAC/Plumbing company is hiring a responsible, dedicated and detail-oriented person to join our company. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with problem-solving skills.
7:30am- 4pm, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
· First line contact with the customer for service calls, and quote requests.
· Dispatch the plumbing technicians as required.
· Work planning.
· Maintain computerized dispatch system.
· Schedule technicians for upcoming jobs and maintain customer contact.
· Assist HVAC Dispatcher during busy times and vacations.
· Assist the plumbing department supervisors as needed.
· Review technicians work orders to ensure any recommendations are received.
· Maintain a list of required preventive maintenance and return visit scheduling.
· Follow up on quotes that have been sent out.
· Assist with other duties when required.
Strong computer skills required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Works well under pressure.
Strong customer service skills.

Experience:
Previous experience required 2 years as service dispatcher preference given to candidate with HVAC, Plumbing or other trades office experience.
