What you will do Service Documentation Specialist has the main task to provide the technical documentation (Service BOM and Exploded View) for all the products of competence. Activities: Emission of Service BOM and Exploded View following the plan communicated by SBOM Reverse & SDA Team Leader Manage Change List introduced by R&D/Manufacturing and reflect it in Service BOM Communication with Local Service and Network for management of issues in technical documentation Maintenance of the supersession lists PCB Programming List Maintenance Bad Goods process management What you need to succeed Must have Strong attention to details and structured way of working Education: High School Diploma or University degree Professional experience: 1+ years in similar position even if from different industry Language: Italian & fluent English proficiency Soft skills: Good capability to work inside multicultural team and interface with other people Good communication capability Ability to work independently Technical Skills: Good analytical skills Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals Excellent customer service skills #LI-MV1 Haier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
