This position is responsible for maximizing service department productivity, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards. You would report directly to the Service Manager. Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent, required * Associate's degree in Automotive Managementor related field preferred. * Minimum of three (3) years of automotive service management or service advisor experience preferred. * Previoussupervisory or leadership experience preferred. * Experience with dealership management software (Tekion, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar systems) preferred. * Previous dealership working experience, a PLUS! * Bilingual, (Preferred but not necessary) * Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment * Ability to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license.  Essential Duties, but not limited to: * Greet andassistcustomers in a professional and courteous manner. * Ensure customers receive prompt,accurate, and exceptional service throughout the repair process. * Address customer concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally. * Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores and online reviews. * Follow up withcManageand oversee the daily activities of the service drive. * Ensure proper scheduling and distribution of repair orders to maximize efficiency. * Monitor vehicle flow from check-in to delivery to ensuretimelycompletion of repairs. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the service drive area. * Ensure all appointments and walk-in customers are handled efficiently. * Customersregardingservice experiences and unresolved concerns. * Supervise and support Service Advisors, Porters, Valets, and other service drive personnel. * Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to employees. * Conduct regular meetings to review performance, customer satisfaction, and departmental goals. * Assistwith hiring, onboarding, and training of new service department employees. * Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment. * Assistin achieving departmental sales, gross profit, and laborsales objectives. * Monitor repair order quality and accuracy. * Review daily reports and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Identifyopportunities to increase service retention and customer-pay business. * Assistin managing expenses and controlling departmental costs. * Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer requirements, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. * Ensure employees adhere to all safety procedures and OSHA requirements. * Maintain confidentiality of customer and employee information. * Ensureaccuratedocumentation and proper handling of repair orders and customer records. * Act as the primary liaison between customers, service advisors, technicians, and management. * Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensuretimelyavailability of parts. * Communicate effectivelyregardingrepair status, delays, and customer expectations. * Collaborate with other dealership departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
