We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Service Drive Manager to lead our service drive operations at Smart Toyota. This role is key to ensuring our customers receive a seamless, efficient, and friendly experience from the moment they arrive through vehicle delivery. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates for repairs and provide transparent quotes to customers. Consult with customers to assess their vehicle’s needs, provide service recommendations, and explain repair options. Oversee daily operations of the service drive, ensuring excellent customer service and workflow efficiency. Maintain communication between customers, service technicians, and management. Schedule service appointments and ensure efficient allocation of resources in the service department. Monitor service appointments, vehicle status updates, and repair timelines. Ensure adherence to dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards. Train and mentor team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service. Requirements 2+ years of experience in automotive service operations or management (preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of dealership management systems. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
