Maintains truck log, according to state and federal regulations. Maintains telephone or radio contact with supervisor to receive delivery instruction. Drop off customers who have vehicles in for service. Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water. Additional duties as assigned. WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES: Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending, or stooping for prolonged periods of time. Manual dexterity, fine manipulation, and the ability to reach with hands and arms and lift up to 75 lbs. The ability to frequently move 20+ pounds. Must be able to operate simple to complex and heavy-duty machinery. Normal range of hearing and vision. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: High School Diploma, equivalent or higher. Proven ability to work well on a team. Class A CDL Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing. Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
