  • Pay Information: Min $55,700 to $89,700 (annual equivlency) DOE

Responsibilities

This is an in-office role, located in Cleveland, OH.

  • Respond to internal and external customer general service training email inquiries.
  • Record specific course requests or changes to requests database.
  • Generate service training quotes.
  • Triage communications around training room availability and scheduling.
  • Triage communications around NSS instructor requests.
  • Research external customer eligibility/entitlements/obligations.
  • Research student training records (prerequisite eligibility).
  • Rack/stack training request priority.
  • Communicate with CEs/customers around class date offerings (accept/reject).
  • Receive P.O.s related to training purchases into EBS.
  • Create LMS class instances.
  • Create external customer profiles.
  • Load class rosters.
  • Communicate registration success and course collateral (course info, hotel info, transportation info).
  • Arrange hotel rooms when required.
  • Communicate/Modify existing registrations as student circumstances change.
  • Complete training records at class end (record grades, email certificates to external, update worksheet).
  • Administer and report on curriculum Surveys.
  • Respond to negative CE debrief surveys.
  • Administrate Accrual to Billings SharePoint list
  • Attend daily standup meetings.
  • Attend monthly service training planning meeting.
  • Provide backup to CMA coordinator when on PTO.
