This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism. You will serve as a direct representative of the company, delivering reliable solutions and clear communication to homeowners while ensuring quality workmanship on every service call. Key Responsibilities * Diagnose and repair electrical issues in residential homes * Install, maintain, and upgrade residential electrical systems (panels, wiring, lighting, outlets, switches, etc.) * Perform detailed troubleshooting and provide effective solutions * Ability to handle service contracts, work orders, change orders, and billings * Daily, weekly, and/or monthly reporting as requested by the department manager * Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners * Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment in customers’ homes * Additional duties may be assigned from time to time by the department manager Minimum Requirements * 5+ years of experience in residential electrical service work * Strong background in troubleshooting and repairing residential electrical systems * Experience working directly in occupied homes and with homeowners * Applicants must possess High School diploma or GED. * Applicants must pass a mandatory drug screen.
