Description of Tasks: Diagnose and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair commercial electrical systems, ensuring safety and functionality. Install and Maintain: Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, wiring, lighting, and fixtures in commercial settings. System Maintenance: Perform inspections and corrective maintenance on circuit breakers, transformers, and electrical panels. Code Compliance: Follow national electrical codes and state/local regulations for all work. Documentation: Track repairs, installations, and maintenance in trade software Customer Engagement: Communicate with clients, explain issues, recommend solutions, and provide informed system performance advice. Position Requirements: Education/Experience: Minimum high school diploma/GED and two years of experience in the electrical field Certifications, Licenses, etc.: Journeyman Electrical Certificate Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation. Must have a good understanding of the National Electric Codes. High standard of integrity and professionalism. Working knowledge of OSHA regulations of workplace safety.
