Who we are looking for

As a service employee, your main focus will be on welcoming customers and supporting our customer advisors by recognizing and directing them to appropriate services. You will share responsibility for the customer-oriented approach in our branches. Your core tasks will also include independently operating manual and automated cash register systems and processing cash and cashless transactions.

Ø Completed banking/commercial training or a comparable qualification with professional experience

• Confident and convincing demeanor, strong communication skills, friendliness and flexibility in dealing with our customers

• Organizational talent, strong communication skills, sociability, independent and meticulous work ethic, teamwork skills and resilience.
