Long Description Job Summary The Service Engineer is responsible for attending the  maintenance requests and ensuring timely and efficient service. Job Responsibilities •    Overseeing the process of organizing the maintenance requests. •    Being innovative in terms of trying to get opportunities through reference that are being collected from the industry and communicate with sales team accordingly and looking for ways to cut costs and improve department profit.  •    Controlling and supervising the routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults. •    Leading a team of Engineers and Technicians and motivating them for better performance. •    Attending any major technical problems at site to provide solution. •    Making sure that the required spare parts and inventories are timely available. •    Planning for the annual maintenance schedule. •    Supporting Service Manager in planning shifts and working hours. •    Generating statistics and managerial reports as required. •    Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repairs. •    Participating in staff selection, coaching, and training. •    Being always aware of contractual terms for the project that is being handled. •    Always following the governmental rules and regulations and reflect a professional image of AI- Engineering Group.   Candidate Requirements •    Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. •    PMP is an advantage. •    Up to 5 years of experience in Maintenance Project Management. •    Previous experience in Xerox. •    Creativity:  Being able to think of new systems and new ways to work. Being able to think creatively and ask the right questions. •    Analytical Skills: Being able to understand complex mathematical analysis, calculus, and other mathematics for design and troubleshooting. •    Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to develop new solutions to problems. Having the skills to identify the source of the problem, create, and test solutions. •    Teamwork: Able to work well with others in order to get the job done. •    Listening Skills: Listening to workers, teammates, end user, and management is crucial to an engineer's job. •    Communication Skills: Being able to communicate plans, thoughts, and rationale in the job.
