SUMMARY
The successful candidate will be required to work in critical power environments across a wide range of businesses, demonstrating excellent communication skills and full ownership of assigned tasks. These tasks will include commissioning and activating newly installed equipment, as well as maintenance, service, and repair activities on different types of UPS system solutions.
We provide comprehensive product training to equip you with the necessary skills. As a Field Service Engineer, you will utilise technical literature, including schematic diagrams, service and maintenance manuals, and installation guidelines. Your goal is to complete tasks to a high standard, following established processes and collaborating effectively within a team environment. As a professional and customer-focused Field Service Engineer, you will represent Critical Power Supplies Ltd. Your role will involve technical site analysis to resolve customer issues and perform field service duties related to a variety of electrical distribution products and solutions.
