This position reports to: Field and Operation Service Manager __ Your role and responsibilities This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, working directly with customers, and seeing the impact of their work in the field. The work model for the role is: onsite #LIonsite This role contributes to the Motion Business – Drive Products and Motion Service for Frequency Converters, Motors and Generators in Lithuania. You will be mainly accountable for: Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of frequency converters, motors, and generators Support customers both on-site and remotely Identify technical issues, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions Prepare service documentation and ensure work is completed according to ABB quality and safety standards Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to improve equipment performance Collaborate with colleagues and support service projects from planning through execution Qualifications for the role Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field Electrical safety certificate (VK or AK up to 1000V or 35kV), or eligibility to obtain one At least 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, or field service Experience working with industrial electrical equipment, motors, drives, or generators Knowledge of vibration analysis and insulation measurements is an advantage Good communication skills and ability to work independently Fluency in Lithuanian and English Good MS Office skills Category B driving license Willingness to travel within Lithuania (up to 70%) While the final salary will depend on the candidate’s qualifications and experience, the starting base salary for this role is 3000 EUR per month.
