We are currently looking for a motivated employee to join our team of professionals in the position of: Service Engineer Location: Sofia office Your role: Maintain, and troubleshoot advanced UniPOS equipment, fire alarm systems and periphery devices Program, configure, and commission new and existing UniPOS systems to ensure optimal performance Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with modifications, diagnosing errors, and performing mandatory inspections on existing systems Collaborate effectively with colleagues and external customers through clear and concise communication Provide expert technical assistance to customers by personal consultations on site, via phone and email, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction Conduct training sessions on UniPOS products and systems for external customers, internal teams, service representatives, and crew members, sharing your expertise to build knowledge across the organization. Prepare and present appropriate materials Attend & complete prescribed training workshops & courses This role offers a unique chance to work at the forefront of safety technologies, providing essential installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting services across our state-of-the-art safety systems portfolio. Your profile: Engineering Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or other suitable qualification Proven experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical/electronic and mechanical equipment. Familiarity with the operation and application of electronic equipment.
