JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Science or Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical disciplines
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in field service engineering; experience in a semiconductor wafer fabrication environment is an advantage.
• Strong technical competency in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of support equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Self-motivated, independent, and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base, including Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Provide on-site technical support for DAS abatement systems installed across customer sites in Southeast Asia

and India.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute service activities, including daily tool inspections, preventive maintenance, and

troubleshooting.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including regular updates to Field Service Reports, and actively work

to maintain high equipment uptime.

• Foster strong customer relationships through regular communication, service reviews, and planned

engagements.
