EXPERIENCED, CUSTOMER CARE/SERVICE ENGINEER:

Candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and posses a can do attitude, ensuring total customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Replacing sealed units, handles, locks.
  • Window and Door adjustments.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs as required at /in customer’s homes.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily service activities, including reports on repairs.
