In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * Installation and performance verification of semiconductor/bio/Marine manufacturing equipment On-site setup and troubleshooting support Collaboration with customers and support for technical documentation * Execute and manage key service order processes to help achieve revenue goals. * Input and manage customer data in the CRM system. * Identify and lead process improvement initiatives for greater service efficiency. * Support team members during customer site visits, including inspections, equipment repairs, and replacement of consumables. Who You Are: * You are responsible for sales, fulfilling customer needs, and promoting the company’s image and products. * Ensures accountability: Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments. * Collaborates: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. * Communicates effectively: Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. * Customer focus: Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. * Situational adaptability: Adapting approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations. For This Role, You Will Need: * Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Materials, New Materials, etc. * Minimum of 3 years of experience (preferred: Field Service Engineer or equipment engineer background) * Candidates with experience in semiconductor equipment installation and maintenance are welcome * Basic English proficiency required (ability to participate in overseas training programs) * Strong problem‑solving skills and effective communication abilities Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working for a global semiconductor/marine equipment manufacturer * CAD Experience Our Culture & Commitment to You: At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
