For detailed information about Delta, please visit: www.delta-emea.com Job Description For our Energy Infrastructure Solutions’ team, we are looking for an hands-on and enthusiastic person in the role of Service Engineer to support the growth in our power conversion system (PCS) business. Key Responsibilities: Start-up and commissioning of inverters/ converters at customers' BESS fields or remotely. Diagnose and repair of faulted inverters/ converters on field, troubleshooting and replacement of spare parts including electronic boards, AC and DC fuses, fans, and filters etc. Follow procedures to provide maintenance to inverters/ converters. Complete on time weekly field reports that capture time and work completed on site. Responsible of inventory parts assigned to you to perform at work at the field. Responsible of caring for company property such as company vehicle, tools, electronical devices. Conduct training sessions for installers, system integrators and EPCs. Prepare reports on the analysis of product failures and conduct improvement plans. Travel based on operations demands. Qualifications Educational degree in electrical maintenance, electro technical services, electrical engineering, or related majors Experience from a similar technical support role Hands-on experience with PV/BESS products and related electrical technologies Certificates of Medium-Voltage & Low-Voltage electricity to work in at least one of the EU countries is a must Good understanding of commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, monitoring and repairing of heavy electrical equipment Very good communication skills in English, Chinese is a plus Excellent problem solving skills Driver’s license Class B Basic network concepts is considered a plus Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
