REQUIREMENTS:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively, with a focus on motivation and performance enhancement.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships across departments to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify challenges and implement effective solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Prepare and analyse critical reports using Microsoft Excel (PivotTable), providing actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Oversee Enterprise Systems (ES) functions related to aircraft maintenance and modifications, ensuring compliance with customer standards and regulations.
