SERVICE ENGINEER

Location: Swindon Branch – Full UK Driving Licence required
Self-Employed – earnings between £600-£700 per week

Are you an experienced Service Engineer looking to join a well-established company? Due to company growth, TWC Home Improvements is looking for a self-employed Service Engineer to join the team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the window and door industry.
• Strong knowledge of window and door installation processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ideally located in Swindon
• Reliable, professional, and hardworking
• Awareness of health and safety and the need for safe methods of working.

• Travelling to customers’ homes or sites to resolve issues to a high standard.
• Liaise with customers to understand and address their concerns, ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of snag reports, resolutions, and customer interactions.
• Fixing roof & window leaks / damage to the external of units
• General maintenance and repair of conservatories, windows & doors (Inc new Handles/Mechanisms/Hinges/Door Bolts etc)
• Ordering parts and ensuring the correct parts are received prior to any job.
• Reporting any difficulties and service updates to the Installations Department,
