We are looking for Remedials Service Engineer to join our growing Installations Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to develop their skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

KEY SKILLS:

· The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years experience of fitting windows and door with at least 2 years remedial experience and will be technically competent to be able to resolve any issues covered under our guarantees.
· Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer facing environment.
· Be able to work on your own initiative in a standalone field-based role.
· A willingness to travel as required and show flexibility within the working week.
· Good time management, communication and interpersonal skills.
· A full clean driving licence is required.

· Visiting customer homes and building sites, identifying potential issues and taking the appropriate action to rectify in line with our warranty and our quality standards.
· To demonstrate & explain product care to customers.
· Be customer focused and provide a high level of service to every customer.
· Completing service calls as scheduled and in a timely manner.
· Accurate and timely completion of paperwork.
