Job Description: Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team in Singapore. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing repairs pf products, occasional on-site technical support and maintenance for our products. This role requires stable hand skills and work under stereoscopes and laser machines. Responsibilities: Repair products in service centre under stereoscopes Operate and maintain repair equipment Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues Document all service activities and maintain accurate records Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment. Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent field with 2 years' relevant work experience. Proven experience in a similar field service role Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed Skills: ATE Testing, Field Service Engineering, Probe Cards, Repair Services, Water Testing Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience | Required Our Mission We enable our customers to revolutionize semiconductors with advanced packaging bringing tomorrow's electronics to life.
