• Manage the service support for the accounts assigned, achieve high customer satisfaction rating and Service revenue target.
• Use established ISO work instructions to provide installation, repair, calibration, certification and preventative maintenance services for all Hach brands equipment.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Provide instrument operation and maintenance training to customer.
• Provide support to the Sales and Marketing team’s activities, such as trial, demo and exhibition etc.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
