Description

THE COMPANY:

Based out of Thame, you will be joining a well-known innovative clean water servicing company working within a wide range of industries and environments, from hospitals, clean lab environments, blue chip manufacturing companies and more.
Due to continued expansion and growth, they are now seeking an experienced Service Engineer with mechanical/electrical skills to join their field service team. The role will involve hands-on servicing and repair of water treatment equipment.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Plant maintenance and fault-finding experience
  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification
  • Experience with water systems is highly desirable.
  • Experience in a service engineering role would be advantageous.
  • Customer-facing experience

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hands-on servicing and repair of water treatment equipment.
  • To undertake installation, commissioning, servicing, calibration, fault-finding and repair or replacement of components and equipment
  • To carry out routine maintenance of equipment and systems
  • Management documentation and complete job reports
  • To acquire working knowledge of the use of specialist tools and test equipment relating to the job
