We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our team in the Munster region. This role is focused on the servicing, maintenance, and repair of domestic heat pump systems.
Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance on heat pump systems
Diagnose and resolve faults quickly and effectively
Carry out system checks, adjustments, and performance optimization
Provide customers with clear guidance on system operation and condition
Complete accurate reports, service logs, and documentation
Adhere to company health, safety, and environmental standards
Act as a professional representative of the company while on-site with clients
Requirements:
Qualification in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or refrigeration engineering (or equivalent trade)
Hands-on experience with heat pumps, refrigeration, or similar systems
F-Gas certification is an advantage
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Full, clean driving licence
Good interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service
Ability to work independently across the Munster area

Pay: €42,814.92-€60,848.56 per year
