Description

Responsibilities: Provide first-line support for IT systems, applications, and hardware. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems. Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal functionality. Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of software and hardware. Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Collaborate with IT teams to implement system updates and enhancements. Train and support end-users in the effective use of software applications and systems. Respond to user inquiries and provide timely solutions to technical problems. Ensure data integrity and security by implementing appropriate backup and recovery procedures. Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven 3 years’ experience in a system support or technical support role. Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and software applications. Knowledge of Backup Tools (Avamar, Veaam), Windows Servers, Redhat Linux 7.x 8.x, VMware Knowledge of SolarWinds, MS MDE, Symantec Altiris, VMWare Strong communication and interpersonal skills Candidates with less experience will also be considered
