• Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM ) , servicing, and repair of humidification/dehumidification systems
• Diagnose faults and ensure efficient resolution with minimal downtime for clients
• Support with the installation and commissioning of new systems where required
• Deliver technical support and advice to clients on-site
• Maintain service documentation and reports to company standards
• Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards at all times
