Description As a Service Engineer I, you will play a crucial role in the supporting of physical security systems, ensuring they meet the client’s specifications. Working collaboratively with clients and a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the seamless resolution of issues of security components while delivering excellent service. Requirements Major Roles and Responsibilities: Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues that arise during everyday use. Tuning: Adjust system settings and configurations to optimize performance and ensure seamless integration of all security components. Documentation: Complete and upload documentation per Prime standards before project launch and completion. Maintain various internal technical documentation and processes. Customer Service: Collaborate with clients and project teams to provide updates and address any concerns or modifications needed. Provide end-users and technical staff with training on system operation and maintenance. Collaboration: Work closely with service coordinators, engineers, and technicians to ensure smooth resolution of issues. Site visits as needed. On-Call: Participate in the afterhours on-call rotation. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience: A minimum of 2 years of technical experience preferably in physical security systems. Strong understanding of access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and related technologies. Proficiency in system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of network protocols and system integration. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven customer service experience, with the ability to handle client interactions professionally and effectively.
