工作概要: 负责区域内售后服务工作,根据公司的发展和服务战略,规化本区域的服务工作,以不断提高客户的满意度,实现公司业务的不断发展. 职责描述: 1.负责规化并组织实施本区域的客户服务行动计划 2. 负责建立区域客户的设备档案; 3. 负责区域内设备的指导安装,调试,故障处理及客户回访工作; 4. 负责对客户设备操作及维修人员进行培训,以保证设备的正确操作和维护; 5. 负责对本区域内代理服务人员进行培训,以保证服务工作的有效性和符合性; 6. 负责本地区技改机会识别和模板建立. 7. 了解掌握客户其他同类产品的使用情况; 8. 给区域销售提供支持; 9. 及时反馈现场发现的各类问题,以实现产品质量的持续改进.并按要求提交月度工作报告和年度工作报告; 10. 由售后服务部经理安排的其他工作 任职要求: 1. 二年以上相关动设备产品客户服务工作经验,有制浆造纸行业等、客户服务工作经验者优先 2. 本科以上学历,机械、制浆造纸相关专业 3. 良好的英语能力,有国外客户动设备服务工作经验优先 4. 地点:可接受居家办公,出差地点全国,东南亚 
Responsibilities
The Service Engineer is responsible for after-sales service in the designated region, planning and implementing customer service action plans to enhance customer satisfaction and support business development. Key tasks include equipment installation, troubleshooting, training clients and service personnel, and identifying technical improvement opportunities.
