Job Summary: Specialised experience in- BMS & Control- Installations, Commissioning , Trouble shooting, Service of BMS systems Must be – working with any BMS OEM ( service/ project) Major Roles- Installation- Commissioning projects, Service delivery- CM & PM, L&M opportunity lead generation from AMC customers. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of BMS systems. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Prepare technical specifications, project documentation, and system design reports. Service & Support: Provide on-site and remote technical support for BMS systems, ensuring optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system faults, software, and hardware components. Conduct regular system audits, preventive maintenance, and performance checks. Technical Expertise: Work with OEM BMS platforms (e.g., Honeywell, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric, etc.). Implement system upgrades, software patches, and configuration changes as required. Train end-users and client personnel on system operation and best practices.
