Associate Service Engineer 工作地点：上海岗位职责（Key Responsibilities）负责安防系统相关的技术支持、调试、联调测试及故障排查工作，能够独立与海外客户进行英文交流（邮件及口语），完成跨国远程或现场联调测试；对接 Global 客户，遵循并执行 Global 客户相关业务流程和技术标准，确保服务交付质量；为客户安防系统提供高水平技术支持，包括系统配置、问题分析及解决方案实施；可以应对全年24小时接听电话，可于接到电话后 2 小时内赶赴机场或指定维修现场，并能在凌晨（航班停航后）现场处理系统故障；参与安防项目的实施与技术支持工作，配合项目管理要求，确保项目按计划推进；编制与维护相关技术文档、项目文档及报告；根据业务需要，支持节假日及非工作时间的加班安排，确保系统稳定运行。任职要求（Qualifications）工作经验 8 年以上安防系统相关工作经验，具备扎实的系统集成及现场支持背景；有对接 Global / 海外客户的工作经验，熟悉国际客户沟通方式及流程者优先。语言能力具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够独立处理英文邮件，并进行技术层面的口语沟通与测试联调。技术能力熟悉主流安防系统及平台，包括但不限于： Tyco、Lenel、Genetec、Honeywell、Axis、HID、AMAG、Dormakaba 等；技术能力突出，能够独立分析并解决各类安防系统问题；熟悉 Windows 及 Linux 操作系统，具备网络及数据库基础知识。项目与工具熟悉项目管理流程，能够在项目环境下高效推进技术交付；能熟练使用 CAD、Microsoft Project 等相关工具。工作条件与灵活性能适应 7×24 小时待命的工作模式及突发应急支持需求；可接受夜间、节假日加班安排；常住或可长期居住于虹桥机场附近优先考虑；熟悉 CCURE 800 系统者优先考虑。 Johnson Controls: Enhancing the Intelligence of Buildings Your buildings have a purpose.
