We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our CEO and drive efficiency across the organization Key Responsibilities * Deployment: Commission and set up robots at new customer locations or job sites, ensuring high-quality performance and stable daily operation. * Servicing: Travel to customer sites as needed for onsite support, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting services. * User Training: Train customers on how to use and maintain our cleaning robots, and certify them for proper operation. * Remote Support: Address technical inquiries, quickly identify issues, and troubleshoot robot malfunctions to ensure minimal downtime and maintain customer satisfaction. * Cross Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to address and solve robot issues, both on-site and for factory returns. Collect feedback to help improve the product and share insights with the R&D team. * Assist with any additional duties assigned by the manager. Qualifications & Experience * Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred. Experience: 2-3 years in technical support or servicing, in robotics or automation. * Candidates with no prior experience but can demonstrate strong character, initiative, and a problem-solving mindset are highly encouraged to apply.
