Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Cosa farai?
Identifica e definisce la soluzione per soddisfare i requisiti dei clienti. Supporta la progettazione, il calcolo dei costi e lo sviluppo di prodotti e soluzioni:
Supporta il Service Architect
Coordina e consegna le attività ILS
Coordina e consegna i costi dei servizi e le matrici di conformità
Partecipa alla definizione della soluzione di supporto, in collaborazione con il Service Architect, i Bid Manager, l’Obsolescence Manager e gli Engineering Manager
È responsabile della consegna dei bollettini di servizio
In particolare, il Supporto Logistico Integrato e il Service Engineer:
Collabora con l’Obsolescence Management gestendo, pianificando e tracciando i ricambi e le scorte di parti obsolete al fine di soddisfare e garantire il supporto e le riparazioni del Cliente nel tempo
Gestisce i Report di Obsolescenza dedicati ai Clienti tracciando e monitorando, in coordinamento con le offerte, i prodotti obsoleti dei sottosistemi
Considera le evoluzioni (progettazione, aggiornamento, obsolescenza ad esempio), il feedback sul campo (KPI delle attività di supporto in servizio) nel suo lavoro quotidiano
Esegue studi, definisce il quadro di Affidabilità, Disponibilità, Manutenibilità, Testabilità
Definisce il quadro degli studi, emette il piano, convalida gli obiettivi degli studi, Ottimizza la conduzione di Affidabilità, Disponibilità, Manutenibilità e Testabilità
