JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Service & Commissioning Engineers to lead the execution, erection, and commissioning of Air Pollution Control Systems (Bag Filters, Electrostatic Precipitators, Bag Houses, etc.) in Germany The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded professional who combines strong technical expertise with client-facing capabilities, ensuring system performance, successful project handover, and long-term customer satisfaction.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering (B.E./B.Tech./Diploma)
5–10 years in erection & commissioning, particularly for Bag Filters, ESPs, Bag Houses, or similar APC systems
Hands-on experience with overseas clients/projects preferred
Willingness to travel extensively and stay at project sites for extended durations

Lead erection, retrofitting, troubleshooting, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems for Air Pollution Control Equipment.
Prepare commissioning protocols, O&M manuals, test sheets, and technical handover documentation. Compile commissioning reports post-completion.
Study client specifications and project scope to ensure contractual compliance during execution. Translate specs into actionable commissioning tasks.
Participate in client kickoff meetings and internal review sessions. Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and contracts teams to resolve site issues.
Conduct site visits, maintenance assessments, and provide post-installation support. Build relationships with plant heads and decision-makers.
Prepare and deliver training or documentation to clients and internal teams on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
