Job Responsibilites:

• Overseeing daily business operation for Uniterrputed Power Supply (UPS) Department.
• Developing and Implementing growth strategies for the company.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of substitute components and proficiency in component specifications
• Perform and conduct training for preventive maintenance, machine installation, testing, configuration, calibration of units, commissioning and troubleshhoting for UPS, including repair and replacement of hardware mainboards.
• Install and Repair APC and other UPS Brand (Component Level Repair).
• Create and develop work processes for all services rendered to the clients.
• Serve as the main point of contacxt for all technical inquireis from clients regarding UPS.
• Deliver trainnig programs to staff to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
• Supervise both In-house and On-field technical staff.
• Monitoring ans scheduling of the day to day technical operations.
• Evaluate performance and ensure productivity of all the technical staff.
