We must stress the expectations of this role is not “Job and knock” - there are regular expectations to work paid overtime when required when the business requires as such due to the nature of the wok we undertake.
We operate in the South Yorkshire & immediate surrounding areas.
We specialise in UPVC door and window repairs, glazing, and home security solutions and have built an excellent reputation with over 2,000 five-star Google reviews.
We’re looking for a hands-on Service Engineer Manager to lead and support our busy team along with another established Service engineer manager, ensuring jobs are completed to the highest standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of service engineers
  • Conduct UPVC door & window repairs, glazing replacements, and related work if required.
  • Train, support, and motivate engineers to maintain quality workmanship
  • Organise and prioritise jobs in line with customer expectations and deadlines
  • Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations and company standards
  • Act as a senior point of contact for customer queries and problem-solving
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle stock levels efficiently

Requirements

  • Proven experience in UPVC door & window repairs and glazing
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Friendly, professional manner with excellent customer service skills
