• Assembly, commissioning of machines including exchanging parts.
• Electrical and mechanical works on machines and customer’s premises if required.
• Proper and thorough troubleshooting of machines and tracing back source of issue.
• Coordinate spare parts orders with factory and keep inventory.
• Prepare, clean and pack machines for delivery. Lifting of heavy goods required.
• Give technical instructions and advice to customer’s or partners technical staff.
• Duties to be performed in Singapore and overseas if required.
• Liaise with subcontractors and transporters to coordinate works.
• Evaluation of site, risk management, site surveys.
• Preparing and performing technical training in-house and/or at customer’s site.
• Proper and complete documentation of works done.
• Attending trade shows in the region.
• Active customer relationship management.
• Budget-conscious way of working.
• Requirement to report to local director of MIWE South East Asia Pte. Ltd.
• Apply working knowledge of theory and practice, sharing this knowledge with others
  as appropriate; demonstrate continuous specialist development by acquiring relevant

skills and competencies.

• Liaise with subcontractors and transporters to coordinate works.
