We are seeking a field-based service engineer who is experienced in service work in the window/door industry. The role will be visiting sites to carry out a service visit of our timber windows and doors with the aim of achieving a first visit completion.
Previous service experience required as well as a methodical and accurate work approach with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to residential and commercial clients, ensuring that all products function correctly and maintain their aesthetic and structural integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Day to day duties will include, carrying out adjustments of products, quality control checks on all products, fitting ironmongery and glazing
  • Working with a trainee to impart knowledge and guidance in the role.
  • Provide excellent customer service reflecting our premium brand.
  • Maintain accurate records of service visits, materials used, and work completed.
  • Report recurring product issues or customer concerns to the relevant internal departments.
  • Being part of a positive team environment, displaying high levels of motivation and excellent team spirit.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of craftsmanship and in line with health and safety regulations
  • Participate and contribute to relevant team meetings.
