In this role, you will be a highly skilled technical expert responsible for end-to-end ownership of customer issues. Your work will lead to complex troubleshooting and critical incident resolution, ultimately enhancing product and service reliability. By collaborating with various teams, you will ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvements, making a significant impact within a diverse and inclusive environment. \n Accountabilities Optimize video conferencing technologies, SIP/H.323, VoIP, and real-time communication systems while working with network protocols. Own and deliver high-quality, timely Root Cause Analyses (RCA) for critical incidents. Collaborate closely with Engineering, SRE, Product Managers, and Developers to drive product quality and performance enhancements. Drive innovation within support workflows to reduce manual effort and improve debugging. Facilitate customer debugging calls and guide teams through complex technical investigations. Requirements 6+ years of relevant industry experience in service engineering or technical operations. Expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure AD, and SSO. Experience with API troubleshooting, platform configuration, and programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, C++, or JavaScript. Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Webex, or other Unified Communications solutions. Understanding of Windows, macOS, Linux, and familiarity with iOS/Android.
