JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Oversee the operation on-site, ensuring efficient use and allocation of resources.
• Ensure that vehicles are maintained according to contract requirements.
• Monitor team performance to optimize operations.
• Schedule and coordinate regular maintenance and repair work for vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.
• Maintain records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring that important documents are easily accessible.
• Ensure that all vehicles comply with safety and emissions standards.
• Stay updated on changes in regulations and adjust fleet operations accordingly.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance skills and safety.
• Analyse fleet performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports for management on fleet performance, costs, and compliance.
• Implement safety protocols and policies to minimize accidents and incidents.
• Conduct risk assessments and address any identified risks related to fleet operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in fleet management or vehicle maintenance, preferably in a similar role.
• Good understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
