Location: South London (Field/Home Based)

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and technical expertise? We’re looking for a Service Engineer to join our team, reporting to the Service Engineer Team Leader. In this role, you’ll be responsible for commissioning, servicing, and repairing company-supplied equipment, as well as delivering on-site customer training programs. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and solutions, contributing to our mission of service excellence.

YOUR OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL FOCUS ON…

  • Liaising with service coordinators to plan work efficiently.
  • Ensuring service delivery meets contractual obligations.
  • Preparing thoroughly for service visits, including reviewing drawings and manuals.
  • Carrying sufficient stock for service agreements and following procedures for additional stock needs.
  • Communicating clearly with customers about any outstanding issues before leaving site.
  • Completing detailed job sheets and obtaining customer signatures.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Taking full ownership of site issues, from raising CCILs to achieving final resolution.
