KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Roles and Responsibilities: The job encompasses but is not limited to the following Roles and Responsibilities : Conduct on‑site service, troubleshooting & repairs. Install textile equipment & train customer operators. Recommend spare parts & promote preventive maintenance. Prepare service reports & equipment performance documentation. Communicate service status & daily updates to Service Manager. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service. Willing to travel extensively YEARS OF EXPERIENCE 1–5 years (Weaving preferred). Freshers may also apply. Qualifications QUALIFICATION Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology / Manufacturing Additional Information COMPETENCIES Technical Strong knowledge of textile machinery maintenance. Understanding of mechanical & electrical systems. Ability to diagnose equipment issues accurately. Technical documentation & reporting skills. Ability to train customers on equipment usage. Behavioral Excellent communication with customers. Problem‑solving mindset. Patience, professionalism & service‑oriented attitude. Ability to travel frequently & manage time well.
