Job Req ID: 27506 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform hardware installation, integration, and onsite validation for OSINTS systems. Conduct troubleshooting of server, network, and GPU/accelerator components. Support system bring-up, firmware updates, and diagnostic testing. Document and escalate technical issues in coordination with engineering and support teams. Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and customer requirements. Provide onsite reporting, issue tracking, and status updates to project stakeholders. Coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams for component handling and tool management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer-related field or Foreign Languages, or at least 3 years of experience in the IT industry. Strong knowledge of server hardware (rack integration, GPU nodes, networking). Familiar with diagnostic tools, firmware flashing, and system validation. Ability to read technical schematics and apply SOPs accurately. Good communication skills in English (written and spoken). Willingness to work onsite and travel as required by project. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with GPU/AI server environments (NVIDIA, AMD, etc.). Familiarity with liquid-cooling systems and rack-level deployment. Knowledge of Linux-based system administration. Prior experience in large-scale data center projects. Korean language is a plus.
