ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Field Service Engineer at SURE Solutions, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of onboard CCTV. Working in a fast paced, mobile environment, you will ensure our clients receive best in class technical support and service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV, DVR, IP and AHD camera systems, routers, and associated hardware on buses and commercial vehicles.
• Perform diagnostics and repairs, including testing cable integrity, verifying image quality, and updating firmware/software.
• Complete detailed service reports using our digital systems.
• Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and office-based teams to provide timely updates and resolve issues.
• Ensure all work complies with company and client quality standards and health & safety policies.
• Manage van stock and tools, ensuring equipment is maintained and replenished as required.
• Represent SURE Solutions professionally while on customer sites.
