THE ROLE:

The Service Estimator will play a vital role in the Service team.

• Prepare and issue quotations based on Engineers’ reports
• Estimate and prepare SAP quotations
• Liaise with external suppliers to obtain accurate product details and costs
• Issue and follow up on client quotations
• Record quotation details in the national database
• Ensure uniform and accurate pricing
• Process quote acceptances and order parts
• Manage deliveries and liaise with other departments
• Provide general administrative support to the Service department
