Join us as a Service Excellence Business Analytics Intern to make an impact! Location: Kallang The Role: What will you do? Gain exposure to cross-functional service, business, and market topics across service domains Drive business performance analysis and lead simplification initiatives through automation and digital solutions Analyze internal performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support strategic decision-making Conduct market research to benchmark industry practices, assess competitive positioning, and identify emerging trends Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations Communicate analytical findings and strategic recommendations clearly and effectively through business reviews and sales cadence discussions What qualifications will make you successful? Master’s degree or MBA in Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline Preferably at least 5 years of professional experience in business operations, analytics, consulting, or related fields Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative market research, including competitor analysis and customer insights Familiarity with data querying languages (e.g., SQL) and statistical analysis is a plus Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Self-driven, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Prior experience in service operations or transformation projects is advantageous What’s in it for me?
